2025 Community Grants
With proceeds from the 2024 Red Ants Pants Music Festival, we were able to award $10,000 in grants in 2025. To date, the Red Ants Pants Foundation has granted $200,000 to over 130 entities across nearly every corner of Montana! Join us in congratulating the 8 recipients of the Red Ants Pants Foundation’s 2025 Community Grants.
Two Powers Land Collective Inc.
Location: Browning, MT
Award: $1,500
The Traditional Horse Culture Camp offers youth and families in the Blackfeet Nation the opportunity to reconnect with their cultural heritage through therapeutic horsemanship. Combining equine-assisted therapy with cultural teachings empowers participants to build resilience, develop leadership skills, and foster mental and emotional well-being. The program will strengthen cultural identity, support healing, and create a sustainable model for the future.
Rosebud-Treasure County 4-H Ambassadors
Location: Forsyth, MT
Amount: $500
The Find the Facts Scavenger Hunt is an interactive way to navigate through 4-H projects and animal stalls at this year's Rosebud-Treasure County Fair, July 16-19, 2025. This fun activity to educate the public will give fairgoers the opportunity to test their agricultural and 4-H knowledge as they check out all the fair has to offer.
Malta Gardeners Group
Location: Malta, MT
Amount: $1,000
Malta Gardeners Group’s mission is to encourage their communities to grow their own food and produce their own local products for personal use and for sale at local farmers markets. The group offers free classes for seed collection and growing food. At the farmers market, the group shares free seeds and plants with anyone in their community interested in learning. A market tent will allow the group to continue with outreach activities even during inclement weather.
Philipsburg Arts Fund
Location: Philipsburg, MT
Amount: $500
The Philipsburg Arts Fund’s mission is to encourage fine and performing arts as well as to celebrate the unique historic legacy of Philipsburg. Songwriters In the Round, their most popular annual event, features talented musicians curated from all over Montana. Partnering with Rotary and other local sponsors, they will debut at their town’s largest venue, Winninghoff Park, on Friday, August 15th at 7pm.
Town of Plevna & Southeast MT Area Revitalization Team (SMART)
Location: Plevna, MT
Amount: $1,500
The Plevna Jamboree is a day-long festival celebrating the rich history and culture of Plevna, and Southeastern Montana, in honor of the town’s 125th Anniversary. The event, hosted July 19th, features hands-on historical demonstrations, live music, regional artisans, food vendors, kids' activities, and a traditional Ranch Rodeo. More than just a party, the Jamboree is designed as a cultural heritage festival and celebration of community spirit.
Kaniksu Land Trust
Location: Thompson Falls, MT
Amount: $1,000
Kaniksu Land Trust’s mission is to care for both the land and its people through community-based solutions. The Clark Fork River Pedal & Farm Tour, August 2nd, is a family-friendly bicycle tour that connects participants with local farms and ranches in Sanders County, MT. The event features farm stops, agriculture educational opportunities, and a locally sourced meal with music and vendors.
Valier Area Development Corporation (VADC)
Location: Valier, MT
Amount: $1,000
VADC is an organization devoted to making Valier a better place to live and visit. This is accomplished by sponsoring events year-round and promoting beautification and recreation in and around Valier. The Homesteader Days event, June 21st, includes a celebration and concert as a great way to showcase Lake Frances and the community of Valier.
Meagher County Senior Center
Location: White Sulphur Springs, MT
Amount: $3,000
Since 1972, the Meagher County Senior Center has grown from a small community initiative to a thriving hub offering meals, recreational activities, educational programs, and social services to the greater community. A kitchen renovation will modernize the services they provide the community by enhancing safety and increasing energy efficiency to better support vital programs like daily meals and community events.
